Founded in 1992, Excell Contractors and Developers Inc. began with a simple yet powerful mission: to build with integrity, deliver with excellence, and showcase the best of Filipino ingenuity. What started as a modest construction firm led by a passionate team of engineers, architects, and skilled workers has grown into a respected name in the industry, trusted for its quality, creativity, and client-centered approach.
By the late 1990s, ECDI was expanding steadily, earning recognition for its reliable project delivery and personalized service. This period marked the company's growth into large-scale private developments, interior fit-outs, and complete design-build solutions for clients across the retail, hospitability, corporate, and mixed-used sectors.
A defining strength of Excell lies in its interior fit-out works, where technical precision meets Filipino craftsmanship. From custom woodwork to thoughtful spatial design, each project reflects a deep respect for local artistry and a commitment to bringing the clients vision to life in meaningful, functional ways.
In 2010, Excell entered a phase of innovation and sustainability, investing in green technologies and formalizing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) systems.
